‘Castle of Dreams’ unveils latest poster

The latest poster for the award-winning Iranian flick ‘Castle of Dreams’ has been released.

Directed by Reza Mirkarimi, the flick is currently being screened in theaters across Iran with sales surpassing the 20 billion rial mark.

Designed by Rojan Iraji, this is the film’s second poster release since the film began screening.

A brief synopsis for ‘Castle of Dreams’ reads, “Jalal Moradi, a 42-year-old father of two, kills a family in an accident. In the court of law, the murder is recognized as accidental killing without intent. After getting out of prison, he leaves his wife and kids and moves to another city. Two years later, he must go back to his home town as his wife is brain-dead.”

Starring in the film’s leading role was ifilm’s ‘Free Fall’ series actor Hamed Behdad.

Other cast members include Mohammad Asgari, Zhila Shahi, Akbar Ayin, Azadeh Nobahar, Mohammad Ashkanfar, Youna Tadayyon, and Niyousha Alipour.

Mirkarimi’s critically acclaimed film recently appeared at the 22nd edition of China’s Shanghai International Film Festival winning three awards.

The festival’s Best Actor award went to lead actor Hamed Behdad for his performance, and director Reza Mirkarimi was awarded Best Director as well as the festival’s Golden Goblet prize.
